The hotel's restaurant is managed by Chef Fabrizio Reffo, offering regional specialities and traditional Italian cooking with a dessert buffet. A vast wine list highlights local Aosta Valley producers, and weekly wine tasting sessions are led by Sommelier Ricardo. Breakfast includes innovative juicing machines, and special diet menus accommodate allergies, with kids' meals available.

The spa area on the top floor includes a sauna, Turkish bath, and an indoor heated pool, with a booking system to avoid overcrowding. Guests can book massages and beauty treatments, and a steam room and hot tub are also available. Children under 12 are allowed in the pool only from 14:00 to 16:00.

The hotel is located 50 metres from the pedestrian area and 200 metres from the Breuil-Plan Maison cable car, with the Cretaz chairlift less than 100 metres away. Ski storage with heated lockers is available, and a complimentary ski shuttle runs to the main gondola. Ski passes can be purchased at reception, and ski-to-door access is provided.

Rooms are decorated in Alpine style with natural wood furnishings, each offering a balcony, minibar, and flat-screen TV. The Matterhorn Master Suite includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living area with sofa bed, and a wraparound balcony. Junior suites have spacious storage, a jacuzzi bath, and a kettle with cups.

Family rooms, kids' meals, and board games are provided, with daily housekeeping twice a day. The hotel offers a free minivan to the main gondola, and reception can arrange childcare or allergy-adapted menus. A boot room with locker allocation and a heated ski room are in the basement.
